HU - Snout Spout (Patreon)

Man, talk about a dude that needs a hug... And maybe a beer?

I never really knew about Snout Spout beyond his design, but looking into it for this pic, his backstory is kinda messed up.  (Well, in the toys and comics that gave him a backstory - his couple of cartoon appearances in She-Ra had him as "a friend of He-man, here to help!")

The guy that would become Snout Spout was a normal dude who was kidnapped by Hordak and underwent horrific experiments with the goal of making a cyborg warrior to add to the Horde. However, Snout Spout was able to shake the brain reprogramming and escape, joining up with He-man and the crew to fight the evil that made him what he is. (Holy balls! Snout Spout's a goddamn Kamen Rider!)

If that's not a bummer enough for you, his character is described as insecure and lonely, uncomfortable around everyone else, and he assumes his fellow heroes think he is either a freak or a joke.  (Not that he wallows in self-pity, rather he dedicates himself 100% to fighting fires and kicking evil right in the nards!)
