Afternoon patrons! In this month's Vagrant Blade update, I've added a small map system. It shows where your controlled character is in relation to the enemies. It will also display Melona differently than the mooks. I've also updated the HUD to show the correct character instead of always showing Leina.

The next update will quite possibly be the last update for this game. Afterwards, as I've said I'll be working on the Demon Tale game in Unity, and that will comprise the updates going forward.

Will the demon tale characters in unity be the same hand-drawn style or similar or will they be the 3d models like in Bedlam?

They'll be 3D models like what I previewed, styled differently than Bedlam.

You're getting a little sloppy with your updates, aren't you, and we're sponsoring you for $10 a month to update a little map for us? Do you think your sponsors are fools or do you think our money just blew in the wind?

What kind of remark is that? I've laid out very clearly what I'm planning to do, having done the animations I wanted to do for the game, and now focusing on the game mechanics. Not only that, but I've shown you several examples of what I'm working on for future, while I transition to Unity. Sorry to disappoint you, but not every update is gonna seem super intensive. "Do you think your sponsors are fools?" I'm only gonna warn you one time. If you've got some personal gripes that you want to voice, feel free to PM me, but please keep this kind of offensive rhetoric away from post comments.

The minimap stays on the screen during the H animations, blocking some of the view
