Monthly poll will go up tomorrow (Patreon)

The poll will be going up on the 2nd of April.  It is a little delayed today due to some medical stuff today and lack of sleep issues.  I am just too tired to get it up right now and will have it up for everyone tomorrow after I get a good nights sleep.  I had my sleep schedule interrupted so I could go to the doctors today so everything is a bit hard to focus atm, I had three hours of sleep.  :(
