Katie Just finished high school. Not interested in collage right now she just wants to get a job and help her dad out.

Katie lives with her Dad in a small Apartment in Detroit. Katie's Mom was killed in a car accident 16 months ago when a drunk driver side swiped her at a red light. Since then Katie's dad has gone severely into depression and debt over funeral costs, lawyers and other legal costs, all the while he cares for her and puts her needs before his always. She sees the stress he is under and wants to take care of him for a change. She loves her Dad and has become very close to him and is very defensive when it comes to him. She doesn't date, she feels the boys her age are just stupid and childish. Her dad wont date anyone as his loyalty to his wife is solid even in death. Katie having a similar personality and a strikingly similar appearance to her mother is the only one that can speak frank with her dad when it comes to her mom. She knows her mom will never be replaced, But she also knows that she is the closest connection he has to her now and she wants to be the one he comes to when he needs someone to talk to, someone to cry with or someone to love him.
