Life drawing replay: Annie May (Patreon)

Hi everybody, 

Based on recent feedback we've been working on improving the video quality of both our zoom sessions and our recorded zoom sessions (replays) so the next few portait & life drawing replays will be experiments in how to get the most for you all. Too start with we've invested £2400 in a more advanced Zoom account which allows us to stream and record in HD (1080p) resolution as well as buying better home recording and lighting equipment for some of our models. We're also allocating extra time each week to produce a more responsive range of cropped recordings from the session, although they will always be limited by the recording equipment and internet connection of the model during the live session.  This video has been saved in vertical format as Annie used a vertical orientation of camera for the whole session, which should make it easier to view on tablets and phones - let me know how you find it in the comments below! 

When you're watching these videos Vimeo (the platform we host them on) will automatically allocate a resolution based on the speed of your Internet connection, so you may want to check that you have the highest resolution of video enabled by clicking on the cog icon on the bottom right of the screen.

As this is a recording of a live session the quality is limited by Zoom and will be a lower resolution than our our tutored sessions which are recorded locally and undergo more rigorous processing before their release.
