About the session & model

• This session was themed around 'The Heart' - explained by Sophie during the session.
• Sophie added a 5 minute singing pose into the session as a treat for us. Zoom's audio function failed us a little so you might want to draw from the pose listening to some of Sophie's music from HERE or Big Thief's Change
