How do you think they are going to address how the ghost crew will not feature in the original trilogy? Even tho we know that chopper and Hera are alive during this time?

The galaxy is a big place. We know from novels like Twilight Company that there was fighting between the Rebellion and the Empire elsewhere that we don't see in the Saga films.
