Do you think Luthen planned to have most of the heist crew die/killed? The fact that he sends his assistant to assign Andors murder shows that he didn’t want anything that could tie back to him do you think that included the others in the crew aside from his potential daughter?

Is Wulf Yularen the highest ranking ISB official? Also could we see some members of Imperial intelligence say Ysanne Isard in Andor?

They certainly don't seem to care. I don't know if that was the plan. I am also now skeptical if Luthen sent Kleya to order Cassian's death or if she went rogue.

He's not the highest ranking. Armand Isard has been mentioned in books as its director. I don't think we'll be seeing Ysanne.
