I’m sure he misses his dad haha but Chewie did go back to visit on occasion. Also Wookiee lifespans and culture are very different. I’m actually kind of thinking and hoping we will touch on this in Solo.

Were there units or battalions in the republic army made up of clones and regular soldiers? Presumably the army was made up of regular soldiers, as opposed to droids, and clearly some (like Rohm Kota) still preferred them. Are there any canon examples if this and were there ever conflicts between these two groups?
