2018 B-Day WIP (Patreon)

Been really rusty lately… took me 3-4 tries to get this drawing to a point I am happy with…((´ д｀))

This time instead of the usual “Small Mizuki with Big cake” theme, I am switching them around~~ with Mizuki placing the birthday cake on her vagina to invite Birthday boy to eat it!~ ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
