NO ANYTHING BUT THAT!!!!!!!!!! Disney sequels never live up to the original. Often times they destroy the original.

I watched Beauty and the Beast a lot as a kid. There is a song and scene in the version I watched that isn't in the version on Disney Plus. It's called "Human Again." I was thrown off by it not being there. I had to look it up. They say it didn't quite fit into the original, but was later adapted to fit into it. However, most versions don't have it. I will say the experience is better without it. But it is still worth a watch, on your own time.

I knew this would be a great choice for reaction. I marketed it when I worked at Disney. The songs are amazing and it broke records for having universal appeal, kids and adults. EDIT: To Larry, the Girls and Patreon. Watching this reaction made me tear up big time seeing their reactions. I wrote the back of the video which came out in 1992-- such a long time ago and it brought back memories. I mean 3 who are seeing it for the first time and one who saw as a kid but didn't understand the complexity. Just precious precious. I mean, "Gaston is the REAL beast!"-- Paul

Oh wow, this is fascinating. What do you mean you wrote the back of the video? Do you mean something at the end of the movie? It must have been so exciting to be a part of this, whatever the case.

I was in the video division Raven which at the time was the cash cow of the company. There was a thing back then called videocassettes. The new releases were packaged in what we called clamshell -- the plastic packaging. Then after a few months the paper packaging we called slip sleeve. I wrote the synopsis on the back of the packages for Beauty and the Beast, Lion King, Aladdin, Toy Story and most of the old Disney classics. I.E. Cinderella, Pinocchio, Lady and the Tramp, Sleeping Beauty etc. So I LOVE watching video fan reactions, especially the ones that are "First Time Watching." I worked with the late RoyDisney Jr. who had the same office as Walt if you ever saw :Saving Mr. Banks." Major bucks if anyone has the clamshells for collectors.

You should check out the movie Belle, which is an updated take on Beauty & the Beast and its anime as well... Wonderful story and music...
