It's very interesting to see your reactions since the history and politics are so close and meaningful to you. I have seen other reactions to this show, but only from young people in the UK or US who didn't know much about what happened. I'm glad you have given us your perspective on this important series.

I’m late in watching this show, but I’m very fascinated by what you know about it and your reaction. I wish you would talk about life under that system- maybe do a special video plus question and answer livestream? I was in college in the US when Chernobyl happened and all I remember was it was reputed to be worse than the Soviet government and media was reporting.

Thanks. If people want it sure. I was little but still remember some stuff. Later when I was grown and my parents explained to me why the stuff I remembered happened made me even angrier...

Larry, maybe do a poll on YouTube. I’d be very interested in hearing about it. You also made a comment about the limited amount of wallpaper. That reminded me of an observation I made when watching Gorky Park, an old movie from the 80’s. The curtains in people’s homes were the same pattern but just a different color. That was a good movie.
