Very cool, feel free to do more of these Alexi! I'm guessing you were a fan of "The Thing" as a kid... I know I was way too young to be "impressed" by such gruesome delights. Clearly we are all still paying for that exposure! I tried to save some pennies and dropped out last month, but you got me back with this set. Damn! now I must pay my penance in MyMiniFactory for last months set, serves me right. Learned my lesson. Keep up the good work, another great release.

The process close to the end where you inflate and deflate the mesh to make the mesh more printing friendly (I guess) was illuminating. Is that a step widely used or something you came up on your own? Would be great to have a better look at it :) Plus how many poligons was before decimating? It shows points but I'm not familiar with Zbrush so can't really guess out of that number. Great video, and great great job!

Thanks for the support mate! Yeah i miss those dark horror space movies from 80s, the most popular subject at that time was a lonely spaceship in space where you have one creepy doll looking monster :D "The thing" is a truly masterpiece, guys who made the decorations are gods of traditional sculpting and machinery! Thank you ! this idea with inflating the mesh i am not sure i am the only one who uses this technique but i came to it on my own. Process of preparing the mesh for printing is a damn time consuming thing! it really helps to speed things up. Maybe one day, when i'll have some free time aside our Patreon ill start recording small tutorials on how to improve sculpting skills and share my little tricks :) Regarding polygon count it is pretty individual thing, it really depends on each persons workflow and PC specs you have :) my characters in total usually have about 20-25 mil polys. After decimation we tend to keep no more then 500k polygons per piece. Cause chitubox is not really good at handling heavy meshes.

You do an amazing job man, keep up the good work! Thanks for the reply :)
