Hi all! As a special treat, I thought I'd give this director's commentary to all patrons. Also, I wanted to use this space as a heads-up: this will be a two video month. It's very exciting, but also means that you will be charged twice if you haven't opted out in your settings. Anyway, enjoy my ramblings.

When you were talking about examples of like art that has convinced people to do things, it reminded me of like the amount of people that I knew who took hikes or visited national parks after finishing Firewatch. There's also this one anime called A Place Further Than The Universe about this one girl who feels dissatisfied with her youth, and through wacky circumstances is able to travel all the way to Antarctica, and I know so many people who just like got up and traveled somewhere spontaneously because of that show.

i went to school for theatre lighting and in doing so, got too burnt out to go for it as a job, but the backlit lightning storm shot made me feel the way i used to feel when i was on headset in the dark, waiting to push a button and watch some magic happen. solid look, solid video, always a pleasure to come to the "weird nostalgic reminder of something highly specific that you loved so much" buffet
