Dramatic Skys Test Build 1.9.7.4.2a (Patreon)

Hey guys this is a new test build for the Dramatic Skys beta that fixes some fabric issues with the end! There should be support for all sky textures, shooting stars are still being worked on and tweaked to work correctly. Thanks again to TurboYANEK for porting this!
