Account bug fixes (Patreon)

Due to a bug in the scheduling system on SatinMinions.com, some patreon access tokens have expired.  So if you find yourself unable to view images, just check your profile and you may have to reconnect to patreon.  Going forward, it should refresh the patreon token automatically, even if you don't log in to the site for a while.  Sorry for the inconveneince.

I also addressed a case where patron tier was erroneously detected as "free" even though it was paid due to weird values coming from the patreon API, though this seems to be a rare case.
