Initially, I was kinda eh because I didn't know much about Beetle, but man do I LOVE this one! Slutty bosses are a huge turn on, and the banter and the premise delivered the story nicely. Also, bondage BC? That's the cherry on top

BlackCatFan

I'm obviously biased but... LOL Seeing Black Cat was a surprise but seeing her with a gag and bondage was an amazing surprise!!! And with this artist no less. I know you don't do much s&m type stuff but hey'd I'd encourage you to try it out a bit more, especially if Felicia is on the receiving end.

Beetle was a good one too but vastly different. If too little happened before too much happens now. Granted this made a much better read but a bit frustrating erotically. Consider Felicia first appears on page 4 but Nova kissed Viv on page one. A page, maybe even more, could have been culled since the early sex is mostly repeated in the ultra-climatic orgy. Otherwise this one was utterly spectacular. So many highlight reel events occur, AIM freak tentacles and a proper ass-to-ass were too great for one panel. The mob story has been left out too long, and JL is basically a one-woman Justice League on that front. We don't even need to ask who's bad on this one. The need for self determination and lust for power made Janice Lincoln one of the best debut leads. The roughness of the sex was a great parallel to a villain piece. Cat dawdled in a world of adventure and frivolity (nice touch on the lace bustier) that Lincoln upended with no punches pulled. The Sinister Sex was aptly named, all the way back in Prison Bitch she was just pussy and this one embraced the hardness in a superb way. The anger, surprise, fear, and sadness made Felicia more compelling in any tale since Spider Lovers Club. Perhaps the greatest irony comes on the words "the end." Champions, which nailed all the sex we could want, has a question mark but this one utilizes a period.

The sex was not as nicely done here, mostly because there were a ton of scenes but not enough pages to really focus on any of them. This is a frequent complaint I have with the multi-scene books. As for the rest of the book, it was mostly well done. The art was great. I actually liked seeing Beetle again, since I support giving more time to focus on more obscure characters. I guess the only issue for me was that Felicia didn't try to fight back at all or even make an attempt to escape. Again, this may also be because of the limited page count. Oh well, I guess that's just how it goes. Overall I found this book to be good, but flawed.

Zechs

I loved this and hope there is a sequel down the road.

Things have finally settled down enough for me to find the time to read this. My anticipation has been growing and growing but this did NOT disappoint.
