This is why I didn't want to write reviews because inevitably there would be months without raves, and sadly (but not unexpectedly) this is one. Miles as a character doesn't seem to work on almost any level at any point in time. The only thing of note is the color of his skin and Marvel has actual, developed characters who are people of color who would be much better with a raceplay story. He has so little character this issue has eight direct race references (considering he is asleep for three pages that's pushing two a page), more minor references than I counted, and seems to have a verbiage quite unlike the book character (who uses generic Bendis-speak). This is also the second dub-con story of the month and is a little odd in its depiction. Miles breaks free from his imprisonment and wants non-con anal-probing as revenge which isn't exactly a hero move. Felicia goes straight from horny to homicide back to horny without much motivation. Even though she is being used against her will she seems to not care about her loss of power, using terms of an abuser liked rekt and pwned with affection as her locks are turned into a cumrag. If this was a villain and she started hating it more and then broke ahegao this likely would have worked more for me. As a lover of edgy material this was too dark to be fun and too whimsical to be pulse-pounding. It towed a line that wasn't really there in that respect. Still there were many positives especially the art. Black Cat has never looked better, from her facial inflections, costume, and statuesque body. No matter what I'll always love the big drawing of her going full ahegao (something I've wished for from the start and hope to see more).

It great but i think more interaction from black cat, she has facial reactions but doesn't say anything as miles pounds her. I know she has her inner thoughts but she doesn't talk to miles, like she could say "oh i thought you'd be better at this but your still just a kid" or "your girl must feel disappointed in you, you still don't know how to use your toy. Hahaha" and miles reacts to that by pounding harder or something.

The starting capture foreplay was nice, and when Miles got free & stung/zapped BC up her anus for a power-gasm I enjoyed it. 1. Miles taking non-con lead was great, making BC his Ahegao bitch. Agree w/ you on Ahegao & character stuff. But what if it's reasoned as "Miles felt dazed w/ her ass fucking him & the Sting discharge caused him to feel like he was in a non-con themed wet dream?" Also, I didn't find it dark... more... forced and rub-material. Just that. I like that, but maybe after BC regains her senses, she'll want vengeance on Miles for humiliation in #4 or #5. And yeah the art was great, especially on BC.

I dunno, not feeling this one. It's hot, don't get me wrong, but it doesn't quite feel up to the usual caliber of quality I expect from a Tracy Scops comic for some reason I cannot quite put my finger on.

Please do more things like this, love the sensual aspect. Then again maybe that's just Black Cat's allure to every comic, though she always has a certain air to it that none of the other characters have. Sensuality, beautiful artwork, very kinky scenes it's amazing.
