I know that Storenvy is another source of income and that Patreon isn't how everyone that wants to support you will be comfortable doing so, how much profit do you actually get from each 25$ T-shirt?

Depends on the size and the cut (Women's shirts are more expensive on the back-end than men's, and some of the larger sizes cost more to produce) but as a really rough estimate, we get a little less than half of the purchase as profit.
