Well, it's been a while, hasn't it? Between switching to Blender from SFM, new staff members joining the team, old ones leaving for bigger horizons, and veterans travelling the world (and holy shit a war), things have certainly been complicated. But we're here, we're ready for our next big project, and we're ready to start new polls. But first...

With Pharah being our winner, this also means saying goodbye to Jeanette and Skarlet. This is personally disappointing, as I had some interesting ideas for Jeanette's psychological-damaged frame and Skarlet's blood magic (I love both characters), but they could always come back down the road.

There IS a stipulation I need to mention on the new upcoming polls for models and positions. With us switching to Blender, we'll need to verify which models are available and high-enough-quality to use in our release. In the past we've rushed on releases, using models we shouldn't have and throwing together patch jobs, but that is no longer going to happen. While most of the list should show up in the next polls (with 3 new additions like replacing the winner and losers like normal), some may not make the cut if they don't have a great model in Blender. With higher quality releases some sacrifices have to be made, and usually that means time and quality. But we're not giving up our quality and time any longer. 

That all explained, this means I won't have a poll up right away. We need to verify each character in the poll has a model we can use within standards, as well as replace other models as we check them. Also, I might add more positions to the position poll as Blender allows for more control in terms of the camera and clipping.

I think that mostly covers the polls, as well as new standards and stipulations. I'm not sure what else to address or update. I prefer to show updates through work and releases rather than just talk about it, but for those who have been away or are new to the studio:

1) We switched from SFM to blender.
2) We've jumped from Upscaled 6K to ACTUAL 8K in VR, increasing quality of all resolutions.
3) We have new team members, such as SFMPOV, Mia Lovett, and Volkor.
4) Secretary Karissa is back full time.
5) Myself, Luriam, Karissa, and SFMPOV are working on custom monster girls/boys for weekly studio releases. We've all enjoyed the darker, weirder side of rule 34 and want to bring more of that to light. These are full-fledged models that we can come back to if we want, such as a succubus, devil boy, harpy, etc.
6) Videos now utilize greater bit depth to reduce banding and pixelization.
7) Blender Remaster Requests have been opened on our Discord for Blender, while we retired the SFM Remaster Requests channel.
8) Although we're still working towards a new, much more powerful render machine, we have a secondary slower machine to alleviate the stresses of Blender's long render times.

I'm sure there are other things I'm not thinking of, but that's not a bad list. The studio is growing financially, and we're able to produce longer, higher quality videos.

It's been a crazy time, but the studio is growing and we're happy. Thank you all for your support. Myself and the rest of the studio are just a small team of artists who truly believe in (and enjoy) what we do, so every bit of support from you makes this possible.
