Keeping your old save files. (PC & Linux)

When you extract, either extract it to, or copy it to your previous installation directory. It should ask you to overwrite the files. This will update your old game and keep your old save files.Alternatively, you can extract the full game to a new directory and copy your save files to the new game. Your old save files will be in the 'www' directory. Copy the 'save' folder to the 'www' directory of the new installation.If you are on a Mac or Android, your save files will remain no matter where you extract the files.

Installation of Full Game

  • Download the Full Game zip file above
  • Open and extract the .zip file. I recommended the software WinRAR  if you do not already have a Zip software.
  • Launch game in the extracted directory.  

Installation of Update Files Only

  • Download the Update Files Only zip file above
  • Open and extract the .zip file to the exact same location that you previously extracted Lust Epidemic. I recommended the software WinRAR  if you do not already have a Zip software.
  • Overwrite all the files it asks you to overwrite.
  • Launch game in the extracted directory.

What does the % complete mean?  

Although I am writing the details of the story as I go, the overall structure of the story is fully planned, therefore the % you see in the game is an estimate based on this fully planned structure, not the current release. At the end of this release you can be at up to 94% completion. A dialog box will appear during menu access once you’ve reached the end of the update. 

Want to know what the version number means?

The first two digits represent the maximum completion % possible for that release. The next two are the month that the update was released in (09 = September, 10 = October, etc.). And the last digit is the number of the release for that month (1st release, 2nd release, etc.)

This last update made me regret paying for top tier as long as I have. I cant make it thru the building to try to save everyone. It's super super aggravating and not fun at all. Spent an hour just trying to get to the top of the west tower. Each time I get zapped I start at the beginning and there is no guarantee I can even make it as far as I did the last time. If the next game will have similar things I will not be playing. I play for fun, this is not fun

The lightnings are damn impossible to beat. They need much faster reaction timing than most AAA games require. Can't I at least bounce back rather than start again from the front door? It's so frustrating.

It was very tricky, but I did make it through the building. The toughest was saving Simon's Mom. I saved at the point and continued reloading and trying different routes. Nothing has ever made me regret paying for top tier with this game. Even when i was stuck, the help from Discord was timely and accurate. I am still missing a couple of Kamasutra pages, but I have plenty of saves in order to find them or start the game from an earlier point. hang in there. The ending is worth it and there is still bit more to come.

Hello anyone can help. I just noticed that upstairs on the third floor there is a dark room which you can only see the broken radiator I have the spare part but I cannot reach the radiator and I haven't managed to find the key for the silver chest.

There is a note on the 3rd floor where you got the magnet that is the start of your journey. By the end of the game you'll have seen the chest that contains it.

The lightning in the chapel is a trick. You can't get past it. Go to the far right or left of the center lane and you can skip it on the edges of the room.

What platform are you on? Are you overwriting the update files in the same exact place as your current game? The update ZIP files contains all the new files for the updated version. So if you unzip these files and overwrite the older files where your current version is, then it will keep all the files that didnt change, as well as your save files, and overwrite/update all the files that need changed.

There's been issues with Catalina. You may try and extract the game with a different ZIP extractor although not everyone has had that fix it. Have you ran any other versions of the game on Catalina?

Try saving just before you go past the obstacle. Also, the lightning in the chapel you can skip on the outside. That lighting is a trap.

I downloaded the whole game and extracted it using WiNRAR to a folder. I moved the folder from the download section to the program files section and created a shortcut to it which I placed on my desktop. NOW it will not start at all I get a blank screen when I try to load it. I went back and tried it from the program files section, - same thing. So I extracted it again in the download section, and tried it from there - same thing, just get a blank screen. HELP PLEASE! I love the game, but can so far only play the 41 version and would really like to have the latest. (PS I think it would be nice if we had some Kamasutra pagas for Kat in the school. I have her ready to " PLAY" but Ii have nothing she can do!! LOL
