Greetings, friends. I didn't realize just how glitchy my stream was last week until I was reviewing some of it now. Luckily, we've figured out my laptop is too slow and that my shiny new phone does a lovely job and has a nice camera. So we're doing away with my fancy overlays and countdowns and stuff, and we'll have a nice clear stream without lag or missing audio this week. Unfortunately, this setup decreases the likelihood that I'll continue doing weekly readings after October, but gets us through the month without feeling quite so embarrassed on the quality of the content.

I'm going to read Poe's Masque of the Red Death, and I'll be happy to read or re-read other things as requested. Thanks to those of you who tuned in, I look forward to a much nicer stream tomorrow night.
