Given just how impressed Paula was by Peter C's guitar playing, it is a good opportunity to mention some of the many other great things about 12. First, he's a gifted artist and painter being a graduate of The Glasgow School of Art - easily one of the best fine arts colleges in Europe. He's an Oscar winner - 1995 Best Short for 'Franz Kafka's It's a Wonderful Life' which he wrote and directed, starring Richard E Grant. He's just become a grandfather (alright, he didn't do any of the work involved there) but do check out a video he made as the Doctor for a little autistic boy who was struggling to cope with the death of his grandmother. He wrote to the Doctor asking for advice and Capaldi made him a video. The boy's mum was so moved by it and by how much it helped her son that she put it on YouTube because she felt his decency and kindness should be more widely known - Capaldi is just too nice a guy to publicise himself. 'Be kind'.

Excellent reaction ladies,

Nicole Mazza

I REALLY love the 2009 documentary that he hosted called 'A Portrait of Scotland'. It shows not only his knowledge and history with art, but I also love things like the little detail about how he likes to sketch portraits to 'get to know them better'. GOD I LOVE HIM! <3 Anyway, you can watch it on Dailymotion, if you're ever curious (there's no Doctor Who spoilers): https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x2ahesj
