Story Time! I was working out (getting my +10 gains) when suddenly my peripheral vision started going black and I got another mirgraine. I honestly have no clue why, but I went home and fell asleep for 4 hours. Obviously I can't record or edit, so there wont be a upload today (not on yt either to keep it fair for patreon). Sorry boys, I think I might go to the doctor. Never had migraines this close together before and it's a scary feeling.

ya if this shit is serious i repeat do not overwork yourself. Its better to take some time off now rather than making it worse and having it be more serious than it is.

I just seen this! Get better bro I (hopefully) speak for all of us when I say I wish you the best and hope you feel better. Randomly getting blurry vision and a migraine while working out is not a very good sign imo. i mean its never happened to me before. definitely visit a doctor so see whats up!

Hey dude, I saw your post about your eyes and I'm going through something very very similar, I'm still in the process of being diagnosed but I think I have some info that can help you. Look up "central serous chorioretinopathy" its basically blind spots in your peripheral and they're mainly stressed induced. Also, if you see any flashes of light or see a shadowy veil on your vision, go directly to the hospital. That's what my optometrist told me to look out for. I hope this helps you, It's a really scary experience and I'd hate to think that someone is going through it as uninformed as I was. I hope you feel better!!

I have almost the same type of migraine as you, I know i am getting an episode because I get an aura on my vision that starts like a dot and grows until i can’t see, that’s when I get nauseous and dizzy and I close every place where light can get in and put ice and take a migraine pill (before the awful headache kicks in). A few years ago I atleast got 5 or 6 migraine headaches a month. I started drinking a lot of water (i drank like 1 or 2 glasses of water every 72 hours) that plus playing basketball every day. Now i get a random episode every 6 or 7 months.

Is it the season? Cause Winter's coming? Or are you over working yourself a bit? I am having a fever with ocassional episodes of headaches since last week, that's why I was wondering 😐

If you mean those blue light glasses then they won't really help. Most eye problems/strains from screens aren't caused by blue light. Not saying these glasses don't help with some things, but using them to treat these issues is like giving someone a raincoat because they're wet, when they're standing in a swimming pool. Eye strain from looking at screens too much is usually caused by shifting eye focus, glare and contrast, focusing too long on short distance (why it's advised to frequently look away from screens), decreased frequency of blinking which subconsciously happens, amongst many other reasons. None of these will be fixed by filtering blue light.
