For Rammot, you need to remember how did Gon and Killua unlocked Nen without having to train for a long time ? Remember the training with Wing. Thats exactly what happened to Rammot, by accident. For Gon special moves : Rock (グー, Gū) - Type: Enhancement Scissors (チー, Chī) - Type: Transmutation Paper (パー, Pā) - Type: Emission

rammot got nen bcuz when someone with nen hits someone that hasnt unlocked their nen through the pores, it automatically opens up their pores and unlocks their nen

remember when wing exposed killua and gon to nen, to open their nen pores, well it was more or less the same when killua and gon hit rammot with their nen powers

You can unlock nen through long strenuous training or have someone unlock you nen nodes like wing did for Gon and Killua so that's what ended up happening to rammot. Also Gyro didn't get away, the Centaur was upset last episode that he got away meaning fed to the queen, he wanted to eat him himself.

People in Japan usually say Scissors "チョキ" Choki when they do Rock Paper Scissors. But Gon says "チー" Chi when he uses the transmutation. Actually I had never heard this Chi until I saw Hunter x Hunter. But it seems like some people say チー "chi" in very few areas. I've never heard "Chi" when I do Rock Paper Scissors with somebody. So usually people call scissors "Choki" in Rock Paper Scissors in Japan.

Gon and Killua actually opened rammot's nen pores by using their nen ability on him. kind of an accident. also when killua "flips his switch" and the animation changes like that, its usually referred to as assassin mode by fans. those moments are always bad ass.
