Bruh Ashura doesn’t have the nine tails in him. Don’t take this seriously tho because it creates a lot of plot holes. I don’t know how wood style came into play right there

but despite that in the Canon story (Manga) Ashura was shown to have created some sort of giant Chakra creature which resembles the Kurama Mode.

Yeah but still it’s just a plot hole for the reincarnations. As such Hashirama’s wife was the first Jinchūriki stated in the manga, idk lol. I don’t like the whole concept of Sasuke, naruto, hashirama and madara being reincarnations to begin with. Shouldn’t left that out but still give naruto and sasuke six paths power just because the world was at stake

At the beginning I loved it but throughout the years I also started to dislike the idea of "reincarnation". I came to that realization when I watched the original Naruto again. I have no problem if Madara / Sasuke and Hashirama / Naruto were all about inheriting once wills instead of reincarnation then there would be no problem for me.

Yeah right !!! I would have no problems as if they only inherited their wills. When I look back I want Naruto to be the one to write is own path as he did compared to the outcome of Obito’s. This story isn’t about Ashura, it’s about Naruto. I don’t want it to seem like Ashura paved the way for Naruto’s destiny. Only Naruto and Naruto alone. THE SHOW IS NARUTO

i pretty sure another big reason its not cannon is becuase the animators just reused saskee and naruto's abilities i feel like if it was cannon they would of created original ones.

A lot of the similarities between Ashura and Indra and Sasuke and Naruto were added in the anime, in the manga they had different abilities and Indra had a different eye pattern. Its probably a big reason why it is considered filler
