Mid July Update (Patreon)

Hiya there guys, how is your summer doing?

I figured with the recent surge of new patrons, I would take the time to make a new update!

First of all, a big thank you to everyone that is supporting me, both new and old supporters alike~ It means a lot to me to see such interest in the project.

We've completely shattered the original milestone I had set out for bonus CG scenes, which is amazing. While I haven't updated the milestone to anything new, rest assured any more money that is being put forward is going straight towards additional CG scenes, too.

Secondly, things are on track still for the August release. More than likely it'll happen nearer the end of the month, so I'll have time to send out the test copies to people, to ensure there's no glaring bugs/typos, and tighten up any scenes that might have issues. Additionally, I'll make sure that everyone that has supported $10 or more will have access to the full game's release ahead of the digital release on various sites, because of course, you guys deserve it for supporting me~

I also want to address something that I'm sure some of you might be wondering about, as they've had yet to materialize despite my previous posts--the weekly stories.

Truth be told, things have been moving ahead faster than I ever might have anticipated, with the Patreon shattering its first milestone, and the most expensive tiers being snapped up in days. It's really lit a fire under me to make this game the best it can be, and to forge ahead with the writing to get it done ahead of the art assets so everything can be put together fairly quickly for the release.

With all of the writing I'm doing for the first chapter, along with fulfilling the custom tier pledges made, I've been finding I haven't had that much time left in the day to dedicate to writing decent length short stories, at least not without my brain frying.

I just want you to know that I haven't forgotten about this particular part of the pledges, and want to desperately find a way to make it up to you all when I can for all of the stories missed thus far. Whether it might be an exclusive patron only scene complete with art and voices made separate from the game, or something else, I want to try and make something cool for everyone that has been supporting me so far to thank you all.
