Quest Failed - November Rewards Sent Out (Patreon)

Sorry for the delay--I believe I've now sent out the majority of the rewards. This includes:

Short of when I might be sleeping, I'm generally very quick to respond to these things, and will be especially aware for the next few days as Patreon fixes a lot of its processing issues.
