Maria Louisa de Haro, also named "the Cabra", is the Canteen Keeper (the Cook) of the ship. Raised in an Hacienda, she is the natural daughter of the lord of this land, el signore de Haro, and a local tribe girl. She was made while the lord was alone, far from his family. Lonely he take the responsibility of the child, and recognize her as his daughter. Raising her in the Hacienda.

But after 4 years, he made the rest of his kin, come to the new world. His wife, their 3 child (2 boys one girl), came to discover the new born. Instead of taking it badly, the lady of the house took a great care in Maria ' s education. Her view was simple. Her daughter, Alma, would need a faithfull demoiselle at the court, and what better than an half sister of lower caste to do so?

Maria was raised in the habbit of the court. The lady had the good idea to make sure the two girl became friend and quite fond of each others.  Even if she was 2 years younger, Maria was stronger, and she kinda took the responsibility to protect her older sister during their comon education. Her life was already planned. Helping her half sister, certainly doing a mariage, not with a high nobility, but certainly with a second or third son, and live a life of a Demoiselle of the court.

But the fate is a curious thing. At her 15 years old, a plague started to swarm on her native land. It took them by surprise, and one after the other, all her family died. Her father and his wife, her own natural mother, her beloved sister. only her two brothers, one in the army, the other taking care of the family affairs in the old world, stayed alive. She did too, but at a cost.

The local had for long pledge allegiance to the god Polypus, sire of the depht. His local priest had died of the plague too, so he seeked  a strong will among the peoples, and find her. He visited her in a dream, and asked to become his voice in this part of the world, in exchange, she would live. She accepted.

When she awoke this morning, she was the only living  around, and had grew.. a strong cock. She set sail to another place, unable to stay in a land full of so much bad memories. And since she travelled.

While kid, she had been passionate by pirate fantasy novels. And so, as a free quasi adult, she ended as one. She even made a tatoo on her elbow, a goat skull, as one of the pirate she loved on her  childhood stories.

She joined the Goat crew on a funny way. The previous cook died in an assault, and after 1 month of Karl cooking, most of the crew was about to choose mutiny or suicide, when they cross pathed with an authority ship. At the board, no member of the crown guards, only pirates, and a governor, tied and gagged. After being captured with her crew, she had given her name. Her notoriety as pirate was high, but also was her cooking abilities. So the governor asked to taste one of her meal, saying it could, maybe, make her death sentence changed to something more .. fitting her talent. She said yes.. but used her priest abilities to poison the food. Not a deadly one, but the type that make sure the opponent won't be able to fight back. She then freed her crew, and they took the governor and this ship.

The Bloody, captain of the Goat crew, was so impressed she offered her the post. She took it with a smile, and the both crew became one. It's how her and Martouf, joined the actual crew. She was named the Cabra, because of her tatoo, and it gave the actual name, of Goat crew, to the band. One day they discovered an island, that would become their main base, and she was the first to step on it. So the member of the crew started to call it the Goat Island. And with time, themselve who lived on it, the Goat peoples.

She is a strong Dickgirl, with some priest ability. Her cult is simple, only offer the dead ennemies to the seas, so the lord of depht can feed on their flesh. She is quite skilled in hand to hand combat too, but her true place is on the board, giving the crew a good meal, and a shoulder to lean on when a problem is. If you got a problem, she ll be here to hear and give advice. And if you wanna know something, she certainly heard anything that happen on board.

And here it is for Maria Louisa de Haro, called "The cabra"
