Before people start to downplay Hashirama with the Obito slashing him and Tobirama in half I’ll warn you that was Hashiramas wood clone only made for Tobiramas plan to explode Obito. The real Hashirama wanted to fight Obito and was stopped by Madara. Also Naruto was able to share his chakra with others because of him having Kurama all his life, thus he learned to transform Kuramas chakra to connect with others, Minato can’t do that.

We don't know much about Shadow Style and Light style. It was only mentioned twice in the show up to this point once by Yamato way back when Naruto trained at the waterfall and once by Tobi only shortly explaining to Konan that Light Style can give life to lifeless matter (I think Rinne Rebirth is light style for example) and Shadow Style can create lifeless matter (growing pain rots for example is Shadow Style I think). Now the black Orbs seem to be a combination of both styles.

1. Hiruzen speculated that obito is using something more than a kekkai genkai or a kekkai Touta. He said that obito maybe using more than 4 changes in Chakra nature's at once. Now that's OP. 2. "Rasen flash super circle dance howl stage three", Minato is an idiot, as Tobirama would say. 3. 23:20 and people call naruto dumb. Have they been watching the same show, I wonder. 4. The symbolism in this episode is so strong that I absolutely love it. That thing with Obito was just a representation of Obito's conscience, like how naruto keeps on talking to kurama in his own inner conscience. And the tearing of Obito's limbs and their group photo signifies that Obito's will is getting torn apart and overwhelmed by the massive power of the 10 tails. However just moments later, we see Obito successfully gaining control over the 10 tails by sheer willpower alone. His will, he was able to overcome the might of the 10 tails with the might of his will alone.

Someone deleted my comment earlier, so I had to type it again 😭. Though I left one point out this time, (where I talked about Tobirama's tendem explosive tags and how strong it really is in detail) because, it's just my speculation but it seems that someone thought of that point as a spoiler and hence deleted it, even though lucky already watched episode 379 where it was already established that Ninjutsu is having no effect on obito. I don't see how that point was a spoiler, considering lucky already watched the next episode, and yet that comment was deleted. Maybe they deleted it accidentally, I don't know. This is just a speculation of mine. And thank you, however it was, for wasting my time because I had to type it all again.

Hiruzen is so lame, I almost died laughing when he pulled out a huge shuriken against a literally character with the power of the Sage of the Six Paths. What's next, use a fireball or an earthen wall? And this garbage was called the god of Shinobi and he cut out the Uchiha clan... By the way, it was he who sent the children like Obito and Kakashi to the war, as a result of which Obito became what he is now. And Hashmrama thought that by creating a village, he could save the children from the deaths in battle and the brutality of this world. Well, Hiruzen thought otherwise)

Obito's form is pretty dope :D Madara was like Im done being sidelined finally its time to battle my old rival, what a day, what a lovely day :D Minato really sucks with new names xD looks like Obito has learned from Orochimaru :D that’s a cool and creepy imagery of Obito’s self being ripped apart by the Ten-Tails :) Obito's new form is even cooler :)
