This episode is so dark but sooooo so good. The culmination of the various storylines is just... a LOT but damn is it written and acted beautifully.

This season is one of my favorite seasons of a tv show, especially on a rewatch because it just slowly ramps up, keeps going and you end on an episode that feels like you are just gasping for air the entire time not knowing what to do or feel. I do love the callback to "Starting Now!" with Albert where every time it comes up if Barry could just listen to it, move on, and get away he would be fine but he just can't pull himself away from what and who he is. Ugh! I just love this season and can't wait for you guys to see season 4 and the ride that is the final season.
