I've been putting off this project for a few years now and I knew it was now or never (well...or until next post-Christmas 🎄). This project was way bigger than I had first thought it would be, but definitely time and effort well spent! I got rid of a lot (and even started weeding out some of my many, many extra bins) and was able to get everything sorted in a way that makes sense to me for now. I like that this can be shifted around if need be in the future. Have you worked on any home projects lately or have any in your sights? I'd love to know if you care to share! I'm planning on going back to working on my office progression next and will for sure share the progress there. Happy organizing, my friends ✨

I enjoyed this video so much! I’m sure you have or will figure it out, but my favorite way to donate items now is to give them away on my local Buy Nothing page on Facebook. People are highly motivated to come pick up quickly since the items are free, and I enjoy knowing that things are going directly to people who want them.

You're the second person to recommend that. I never use FB these days but it might be worth it for this. Does Craigslist not exist anymore? That's how I gave so many things away when we moved 🤔

I love these projects. Great job Jen.❤️I’m off to Melbourne later this month but I will try to do some organising on my return. It’s so, so difficult finding the time between working full time, basic housework, kids activities, life admin, meeting up with friends on the odd occasion and getting some rest in between.

The struggle is real! But I do find that whenever I make the time to organize, it gives the gift of time right back to me.
