It’s Q&A time! Well, I tried my darnedest to answer all of your questions, but I stopped at an hour of filming to save you all the yawn fest 😉 I hope you enjoy this casual chatty video, as longwinded as it is (and as we all know I always am). Wishing you all a safe and happy weekend, wherever you are and whatever you do. Sending you all much love ❤️

I am so with you on the kid food subject! My 6 year old and two year old twins have some pretty strong preferences and things they just don’t like. Not the hill I’m willing to die on lol. I offer them new foods when I make them and I keep their menu pretty consistent with what they know and like. They feel empowered with the autonomy to choose the things they like and they eat enough variety and are growing well so I see no harm. I want them to have a good relationship with food so fighting about it seems counterproductive to me.

I’m on a spiritual journey after leaving an orthodox religion and completely understand your reasons for not being ready to share ❤️ I’m warming up to winter after living in Utah now for 3.5 years. I’m a Texas gal and am always cold but winter is growing on me. Autumn will always and forever have my heart. On a different note, Genexa makes a great option for an allergy tablet that’s pretty clean as far as meds go. We are a family full of seasonal allergies and those seem to work for us most of the time. Always love “getting to know” you through this virtual world. All the best!
