Ordering Equipment for Male White-rankers.
After I repaired the adventurers’ armor, Melanie approached me.
It seems that the scene where she inspected the back of that girl’s armor was witnessed by a considerable number of adventurers, and they want to mass-produce that leather armor.
I'm fine with it as long as it doesn't become a dead stock, but I wonder if it will sell so well?

"Absolutely, they'll sell. They have enough defense to withstand the Angry Chicken's leg attacks, and it only costs 500 Rubies. No one would hesitate to buy it."

"Really? Are the Angry Chickens that strong?"

"Their main attacks are poking with its beak, beating with its wings, and charging with force, but occasionally, it jumps and kicks. At that moment, it grabs the opponent's flesh, digs its claws deep, and relies on the momentum to tear the flesh out. Your armor that just got kicked without any damage to the body showed an outstanding performance, especially given the price."

Huh, I made the armor without much thought, but it turned out to be that strong.
Melanie also mentioned that the layered structure worked in its favor.
If it had been a single piece of leather, it could have been disastrous when kicked.
This time, the soft and easily torn nature of the Large Frog leather worked in the armor’s favor.

"Because of that, I want to promote it extensively at the Adventurers’ Guild. Those two wore a suit of armor that covers the upper arms, gauntlets to protect the forearms, and greaves to cover the shins, but how much are they each?"

"Huh? The armor is 500 Rubies, the gauntlets are 100 Rubies, and the greaves are 200 Rubies. I gave them gauntlets and greaves as a bonus for the first purchase."

"So even if you get the full set, it's only 800 Rubies, right? But it's exclusively for women, isn't it?"

"The gauntlets and greaves should be fine, but the armor is women-only."

"... Can't you make armor for men?"

"I don't really want to. I've already sold the method to the Trade Guild, so why don't you check with them?"

"I've already checked with the Trade Guild. They've confirmed it with several places, and they all say it's impossible to make the armor for 500 Rubies. They need to charge at least twice as much."

Thanks to my magic tailoring, I can say, "Ei-yah!" and make it happen, but it's not the same for others.
Large Frog leather is soft, so it might tear when sewn together in triple layers.
They can’t do it.
What's the right thing to do?

"So, I'd like you to make men's armor in bulk for the Adventurers’ Guild."

"Ahh, was that the main topic of your visit today?"

"When the Guild Master and Vice-Guild Master visit, it can be seen as using their authority to force things, you see. This shop has the Duke's approval, so I'm afraid of the consequences of being seen as pushy."

"I see. So, how many sets of men's armor do you need?"

"Wait, are you willing to make them?"

"I can't afford to be seen as exclusively catering to women, can I? Tell me the quantity, and I'll make the men's armor. However, the abdominal armor will have to be excluded in the men's version."

"Well, that still helps. Let's start with 50 sets for the initial delivery. After those are sold, we'll have you make more as needed."

"Understood. I'll put it in the contract."

For the first time, I put 50 sets in the contract, with additional sets to be made as needed.
I learned how to make contracts from Alizée.

The price to deliver one set of armor to the Adventurers’ Guild is 500 Rubies, gauntlets are 100 Rubies, and greaves are 200 Rubies.
The Adventurers’ Guild doesn't intend to make much profit from this and sees it as part of their support program for White Rank adventurers.
They also plan to limit the sale of these items to the White Rank adventurers.

I hope this will help reduce the number of casualties among the adventurers of this rank.
