Frost Silk Spider
When I selected the evolution path, the cocoon began to shake.
Eventually, the entire cocoon froze, and when the ice shattered, Talat emerged, about one size smaller than before.
This time, Talat's entire body was unified in shades of blue.
It's a chilly blue with a mix of silver, definitely giving off an icy vibe.
So this is the Frost Silk Spider.
But what's going on?
He was staring at me without moving.

"Talat, can you understand me?"

(I'm fine. More importantly, bring out the thread spool. I can't calm down without the thread.)

"Got it, just wait a moment."

The thread that wrapped around the spool emitted a pale blue chill.
The temperature around the spool and its surroundings kept dropping.
Since one thread wasn't enough, I put on gloves too.
It's quite cold, after all.

It ended with about ten spools of thread.
For a first attempt, that's quite a lot.
Now, I need to turn the thread into fabric.

“Magic Weaving!"

The gathered thread in front of me emitted a bright light and turned into three rolls of fabric.
I see, it takes about three spools of thread for one roll.
I picked up the roll that had become scraps of fabric and examined it.

The color was a faintly bluish white, and the texture was excellent, just as silky as expected.
Also, why don't I feel much cold or heat when touching it?
Even asking everyone around didn't provide an answer.
Maybe it's best to go to the Trade Guild tomorrow and ask Alizée.

Talat also reported that he can now use ice attribute thread during combat.
He can freeze and weaken opponents while entangling them.
What's that? That’s scary.

Additionally, he can now use a kind of poison-like ice to thaw frozen things.
I don't want to use it for thawing food, but it seems to be extremely effective against monsters of ice or snow attributes.
Talat's combat capabilities have skyrocketed.

Moreover, he can still produce the previous spider silk without any issues.
I would've been in trouble if he couldn't make Spider Silk or Mana Spider Silk anymore.

To celebrate Talat's evolution, we held a modest feast.
It was truly modest, but Talat seemed happy, which made me glad.
Let's keep working together, Talat.
