Happy Anniversary, Allies!

If you’re going to be attending our LA-based events this week, here’s all the information you should need. Ask last minute questions here if anything is unclear.

TUESDAY, 3/21

Easy Allies In Concert
Prospect Theatre
6356 Hollywood Blvd.

Doors open at 7 PM. Show starts at 8 PM.

Valet parking is at Hollywood Blvd. and Cosmo St. There’s parking for the Pantages Theater nearby, and you can park at Hollywood and Highland (which is a bit of a walk) if you want to check out Hollywood Blvd. before the show.

You will need a $10 ticket to get into the event. You can buy one here: https://tickets.vendini.com/ticket-software.html?t=tix&e=3bdca337232e90d59ad0b1d35df54f5f

It looks like rain on both Tuesday and Wednesday, so bring cozy, warm clothes and an umbrella for waiting outside of the theatre. We’ll get you all in as fast as possible.

Alcohol and food will be served at the bar, in a separate room from the concert stage. We’ll be giving out prizes at the end of the show, so be sure to grab a ticket before it starts. The show will end around 9:30, or 10 PM. The Prospect Theatre closes at 11 PM.

Feel free to take pictures, but do not record the show and share video on social media. We’ll be looking out for people recording and loving and respectfully asking them not to. We’ll tape the show, and it will be on our main channel this week.

After the show, depending on many factors, we’re going to visit a local bar. We would love to fill up the Roosevelt Hotel and get some drinks at the Library Bar. Unfortunately it’s about a 10-minute walk westward down Hollywood Blvd, which might not be fun if it’s pouring rain. Library’s open until 1 AM. http://www.thehollywoodroosevelt.com/about/food-drink/library-bar

If it’s really coming down, there’s also the Lost Property Bar. The issue there is the size, which will not likely accommodate our crowd. Lost Property is open until 2 AM. http://www.lostpropertybar.com

Not all of the allies will be staying up past midnight. We want to provide options in case the party isn’t finished when the curtains go down.

WEDNESDAY, 3/22

Rainy Day Meet & Greet
LA Brea Tar Pits
5801 Wilshire Blvd.
Los Angeles, CA 90036
https://tarpits.org/visit/map

We’re meeting in the northwest corner of the park at 12 PM.

This could be a wonderful afternoon or we could end up getting all wet. With L.A. weather, you never know, even if rain is forecasted. If the rainfall is heavy, there are covered areas at the entrance of LACMA, which is immediately southwest of the park. We’ll be tweeting out if we move around. Sophie will be headed to the park, rain or shine, so if it’s worth suffering the slick asphalt you can pet a cute, nervous pooch.

THURSDAY, 3/23

We’ll be streaming from noon to midnight. More details soon!

If you traveled to be here, thank you so much for making the trip. If you cannot meet us in person this week, we’ll get to your part of the world ASAP!

Working late tonight, but I look forward to seeing the video of the concert! Going to try to the Tar Pits meet-up, since I live down the street.

Good luck at the event tonight guys! If Bloodborne: The Musical was any indication, you'll be fine. Wish I could make it. Been on board with EZA from the first tease on twitter. When GT shut down I could never have imagined it would result in something so ideal. I've never been more enthused backing a project. Twenty-five bucks a month is a steal for the entertainment. I encourage fellow patrons (if you can afford it) to up their monthly donation one tier in honor of the EZA anniversary. Looking forward to year two.

Hi Brandon, This is Dennis or the guy who interviewed you & other fans back at Kinda Funny Live 2 & posted the video online a month later. I again want to thank you for taking part of that. If you want a refresher on the video, here's the link: https://youtu.be/CXy6zhWFgVk Anyway, I'll be attending the "Easy Allies In Concert" event tonight & I will be doing the same thing as I did in KFL 2. But I noticed on your recent Patreon page that states, "... Do not record the show and share video on social media. We’ll be looking out for people recording and loving and respectfully asking them not to." While I understand why, I was still hoping to record at least clips of the show at different angles & the fans. Please I would like to at least do that & I promise I won't be interfering with the concert. The video that I'll be working is purely out of love & respect to not the concert, but to Easy Allies as a whole. Also, the video I am working on will not be posted until a few weeks or a month later. I apologize for it being last minute, but I hope this gets to you in time & have your permission to again record just clips of the show. But in any case, good luck on the concert & I know as a fan will be looking towards it. -Dennis

Happy birthday, Allies! Sadly, I won't be able to come since I live in Brazil, but I'm glad we hit the 1 year mark and that this is happening. It's a very happy day! I love video games and you guys are my favorite video game group, so that puts you up there at my favorite things. When GT closed I felt super sad, but now the future is bright!

Had a wonderful time at the show and mixer. Hate I couldn't stay for the Park Meet and Greet, but regardless thanks again for all you guys do and looking forward to what's next. L&R
