This happens due to false flags by spam reduction tools on Patreon's side. The basic thing you can do is to reach out to guidelines@patreon.com using your Patreon account email and let their team know that this is happening. If you write a longer comment, it's also worth saving it in notepad somewhere, and people have often reply to comments to try to keep the bots from removing them. -Bloodworth
