I don't see the shenmue HD happening but it would be huge announcement. I do want to see something from shenmue 3 and FF7 remake.

DCVGU would be great from Rocksteady, yes. If only someone would start to make as great Marvel games, too...

Your excitement is so infectious, Huber! Never change, man! I love the idea of VGUs! Why not? Like, there's so much storytelling potential in video games! It can be used to incredible effect when it's done right so it's time for more experimentation with that concept. For sure.

The evil Within was good...for a few hours. I completely checked out when they stopped the survival horror aesthetic to take you into modern places. Resident Evil 4 gives you a tone, an atmosphere, a mood, and a world, and all of it is concise and connected with such ease. Evil Within starts off like that, but by chapter 5-6 I just couldn't tolerate it any longer. Especially once you got to the more action-heavy, city-esque areas. They were just the worst to me. Shenmue HD though. Please let this happen.

I only hope Rocksteady can grab a hold of that universe and give it what it deserves. Been wanting that ever since asylum came out. But also looong over do is a remotely good TMNT (not Platinums quick money grab) While knowing it will never happen, I'd love to see Rocksteady and that fighting system, open world, and the four turtle Bros kickin some foot clan butt!

Love the hype for the Arkham series(even the hype for Origins I don't care what anybody says that game is solid). Any nugget we can get on shenmue 3 this E3 is what I'm looking forward to the most. Just give me a taste Yu Suzuki... I'm coming for you Lan Di!!! #huberworldorder

Gabe Newell just gets on stage and holds up a crowbar high in the air and utters the phrase, "these things take time." That is a poetic way to announce HL3.

Lights dim. The screen comes on. And it's Gabe Newell in a G-Man Suite. "We have a revolutionary announcement to make. We are making Half Life 4K REMAKE." Crowd erupts. Not out of excitement, but out of anger. Gabe Newell was never seen again.

Resident Evil 2 HYPE! I played that game at least 30 times, my all time favorite. I am so excited for the remaster that I probably would buy a console for that game!

As someone who backed the $250 CE Shenmue Kickstarter, and only played Shenmue 1 and 2 on my friends Dreamcast, an HD collection would be godsend. (I am a sucker for CEs.) I barely remember the plot details from that far back. As for my personal choice of most hoped for game. A new Mechwarrior or Mechassault game (with VR support) would probably break me to tears. I know there's Mechwarrior Online now and a new Battletech turn based strategy game in the works, done by Jordan Weisman, a real first person mech action game is what I really want. There hasn't been a mainline game since 2004. I've been dreaming about piloting a Cygnus, Mad Cat, or Atlas in a long branching storyline and good multiplayer modes for far too long. Here's hoping!

The words "The game's a 10 out of 10" coming out of Huber's mouth have no meaning anymore. It could literally be "I like the game" or "The game is a game". :P

After E3 I hope you find time to try Blues and Bullets. Great Game that would be good for build up to Mafia 3. Goes good with a little known movie called Elite Squad that is about a modern day Eliot Ness

Huber, I'm genuinely curious, what's your stance on the Zack Snyder DC films? Personally I love all of his DC work, Watchmen, Man of Steel, and DIVISIVELY Batman V Superman. I love his perception of these characters, how they act like a modern day pantheon. Would love to hear your thoughts!
