Call of Duty: Modern Warfare - Campaign Preview

We got to check out the newest Modern Warfare at Infinity Ward, where we witnessed two campaign missions and a ton of details about how the story and graphics are going places the series has never been. Brad and Ben get the specifics from Brandon, including some scenes that are bound to stir up controversy, and FPS updates we'd like other games to start doing. Trailer looks dope!

I am expecting lots of preview vids in the next few weeks with over 40 appointments the allies have at E3 per Jones. Just want to say, we appreciate all the coverage. LnR4L

Was good to hear this preview, thanks! Given how Jones describes the game's approach to violence, I think I'll give it a hard pass. But like Ben, I'll be interested to see if the game provides enough thematic depth to justify and contextualize the dark tone. In an age of bright, kid-friendly shooters, I can see why CoD might want to stand apart. Just hope it's not edgy for edgy's sake.

Definitely looks like a return to form. Just checked out the trailer. Who can say no to Captain Price!!!?

The preview was great bu I don't think anything could get me exicted for the next COD game. Hard pass.

Star Tsurugi

As a Russian, i am sad that COD is doing its old thing of portraying Russians as some slaughter-happy animalistic villains once again. inb4 this "Reflection of Modern War" is America being squeaky clean and Russia being evil.
