I think this was the ONLY underwater shoot I really did last year. I didn't realize that until now! I remember I was feeling rusty since I hadn't shot in a pool in 9 months, and I was shooting with 2 models at once, neither of which I had ever shot with or even met before, younger than models I normally work with (18 and 21), and neither had shot underwater.  On top of that we were also going to try to do some lookbook stuff for a friend's clothing brand on top of the nudes we had planned.

Taylor and Gen turned out to be a ton of fun to work with (with have since collaborated again, and Taylor became my video editing tutor).  During the shoot, they had the usual difficulties that first time underwater models tend to have, so the shoot wasn't easy.  We made up for it by hitting the nearby tide pools to make more images as golden hour approached (if you are a $5+ patron you have seen some Taylor's images from the tide pools already).

We ran through all kinds of things underwater from portraits in my floating mass of fabrics, to making additions to my "Sinking In Bubbles" series, as well as shooting some of the Together California looks underwater.

More images coming up from this shoot for my $5 and up tiers this month.
