So much fun to go out into the forest with someone who is just game, someone who really appreciates the situation in the same ways that you do. I find it  bit hard sometimes to find these sorts of people who like to intermingle some rigorous exercise, exploring, subjecting oneself to some minimal peril in nature, getting as far away from people as possible, running around naked, and trying to make beautiful photos. To me that seems like an OBVIOUS great way to spend a day, but over time I realized that its not that normal to some people. Therefore I feel pretty lucky when I come across people that are just game for doing it all, and doing them all at once!

When we were driving higher and higher into the mountains, Claren wanted to keep going and keep exploring.  When the roads started to get icy, that is when she knew things were starting to get good! She said "Your car can do it, just don't slow down too much!  I wish I had remembered to bring some cat litter in case we get stuck!"  This is not the kind of support I am accustomed to getting from a model. Once we stumbled on a spot that both made our eyes bug out, she KNEW she was going to be roaming around naked in it before I even broached the subject. She WANTED that experience, and WANTED those images to remember.

That makes shooting fun.
