The one bit of shooting Ari wanted to accomplish while we were in Sequoia National Park was a bit of cosplay.  Ari isn't a model, but she does like to dress up - particularly as a pirate, or Viking, or get dolled up to go to Ren Faire (she is a tiny gal, 5'0" at most, so she tends to get scooped up by brawny men and carried around on their shoulders t those sorts of events). Sometimes she will get into more fantastical sorts of cosplay to become an elf (she DOES have a Legend of Zelda Triforce tat after all), and she had brought along her ears and some appropriate garb.  So on our last morning in the park we got up early and hiked out to a meadow, and she changed into her costume so we could get some shots for her in the epic scenery.   The temps were just above freezing, but she was still game to pose for you all with only her ears on afterwards.
