download troubles? (Patreon)

Sorry it took me so long to get back to everyone, it's been a tough work week. I'm just seeing the messages about the last animation file not being available to some people. The file has more downloads than this Patreon page has members, so I'm thinking it's a fairly limited problem, in terms of numbers of members having difficulty.  I wonder if it's some kind of a region thing from wherever the downloader is located? A
