If you wanted to keep it all on Patreon I would think a $20 tier for an extra video that is foot focused or themed would be reasonable! Thank you again for being such an interested participant in your content. I have been a fan for a long time!

Maybe if you include a higher tier, you can incentive it by including the high quality feet pictures people commissioned you for (unless they don't want it to be shared, in which case you can charge them extra for that)... that way you'd be double dipping without increasing your workload, but to the benefit of everyone :)
