Donut: "You want me to come on for an episode about an artist that has trouble finding a job and a place to stay...Are you trying to say something, Brawny?"

Brawny: "Not really. I just thought that Zephyr would hear the message better if it came from a kindred spirit who actually knows how to work. Besides it's not like I don't have the same problem."

I don't mind helping a friend. But communication and permission is important and I need to draw the line at selling suggestive artwork from the front yard. At least put it in the carriage behind a beaded curtain or something.

There are only a couple things about this show that legitimately push my buttons; superfluous alicorns and lispy side characters. But I had completely forgotten about the type of person that REALLY infuriates me - lazy people.

While Steven Magnet and Fashion Plate's voices annoy me, my disciplinary-teacher instincts were going into overdrive every time Zephyr Breeze opened his mouth. Jim Miller had said that he was meant to be hated. They did a good job.

With that said, I'm reminded of a general rule I have for critiquing things. This being that intentionally bad/annoying is still bad/annoying. Take the song from the "Showstoppers" episode as an example. But I feel like this episode is the exception to that rule because Zephyr always got his punishment for his behavior and he came around in the end. So it passes by me.
