Greetings, In this episode, we take a look at the importance of not only taking the worries of our friends seriously but being able to examine the scope of the challenges we face from a realistic perspective to keep our heads on straight while we solve the problem. Problems don't just go away. Even if they are small in reality, we shouldn't be telling people to not worry about them, especially if they're losing their minds over it. However, we can try to diffuse the situation and calm them down to make the easy problems a breeze to solve and the serious challenges easier to overcome. Even if the consequences aren't direct or our friends eventually recover from those direct consequences, ignoring their cries for help has even longer-lasting results that most people don't realize. This being that it makes it more difficult for those who needed help to open up about needing help in the future. We'll end up starting and perpetuating a cycle that will take years to break if it's can be broken before it's too late in the first place. Is it really worth the risk?
