Here's another one of these, where I made a fun gif but I've never been able to come up with a scenario to fit it... so I present it to you as a puzzle! What the heck is happening here? Why is the gray-haired guy's microphone squirting a liquid that transforms the other guy into a pretty woman?

The only idea I had was that the gray-haired guy invented a feminizing formula, and as part of his experiments he's pretending to be a reporter and dousing unsuspecting guys with a squirting microphone. But... that's not so great. It feels like there's got to be a better story here, but what is it? Please share your ideas in the comments!
