Development Update (Patreon)

Hi guys, thanks for the donations this month. We got assraped by two storms. And you helped not only us, our family and friends but donations have also been sent the local rescue squad. 

Odin be praised, no floods in our area. Power has been stable since last week, but internet has been a huge problem and no signs of fixes soon. Luckily, I was tinkering with my phone yesterday and found out this thing can tether mobile prepaid internet, so i bought a $10 usb wifi and it works!

Since power stabilized, work resumed. As I reported before, the file is on 200mb after all of Chris' animations. They look GREAT! It's fucking worth it! (but compiling a test game can take minutes ºTL) 

There are ways to compress this, and I will assume it can go as low as 75mb with jpeg compression. That will be good for newgrounds and public uploads. I have not tried how heavy it is on lossless, but I think it will be great to add for reward tiers for the 50% 75% and lossless quality. (If my PC can still handle the crawl)

The demo is as good as done and you will play it soon as I sweep the critical production bugs. The sooner it gets complete, these things just tend to ruin schedule. Fix one, and 5 of them appear. Whatever happens I will upload the demo this month to at least a playable state for all patrons. 

I can not promise to fix the bugs sooner, but I will still upload it this month anyway. These bugs actually scare me more than storms now. It has been so bad and stressful that I may shift chapter two to a new gameplay mechanic.

Btw, here's max, he had fractures and his jaw got dislocated so bad he almost starved to death. The owner/rescuer asked how he can express his gratitude for the operation, so I asked him for a fansign. XD
