Upcoming patch immanent! 

January turned out to be a very long month for us, but luckly, that gave us enough time to generate numerous fresh concepts and functionalities for Little Sim World that we are eager to unveil to you.

The new version of our Little Sim World has a few changes which we can't wait to share with you - this will be out sometime next week!

Character Creation Rework

We decided to rework the Character Creation menu since it does not fit well with the casual nature of the game. Having everything thrown at you from the get-go creates a convoluted mess and we do not wish to leave a bad first impression on our newly arriving guests. Speaking of this, each section of the Character Creation menu will get the chance to be in the spotlight. Also to mention, It will be easier to work with the redesigned version of the Character Creation menu when the time comes to add new features as the old one was getting pretty cramped. For now, the character creation menu will be split into the following parts:

Player info

• Name
• Surname
• Zodiac Sign
• Gender
• Birthday
• Inspiration Points
• Personality ─ (Costs 1 Inspiration Point, can only choose 1)
• Traits ─ (Player is allowed to choose only 1 in Character Creation)
• Flavors ─ (Can pick up to 2, doesn't cost Inspiration Points)
• Diet ─ (Can only pick 1, doesn't cost Inspiration Points)
• Colors ─ (Can pick up to 2, doesn't cost Inspiration Points)

Clothing

• Hats
• Glasses
• Clothes
• Accessories
• Pants
• Shoes

Appearance

• Hair
• Facial Hair
• Make Up
• Face Shape
• Eyes
• Mouth
• Skin Color

Bubble Interaction System

Exercising your skills and maintaining your basic needs mostly required the player to just sit there and wait. We've seen this issue and well, we decided to change the way how the character maintains his stats and skills by introducing the bubble interaction system. Now while frying your loving loaf of bread or running on the treadmill, small and transparent bubbles will pop up from the wellbeing UI window, which will transition to the player and proceed to go to the experience bar up above the character's head. Visually stimulating, isn't it? Lastly, in order to increase the player's engagement with the game we added the possibility of interacting with some of these bubbles which will yield interesting boosts to the character for a certain amount of time.

Police Station additional content

The law enforcement will receive a lot more love in the next update. Besides jaywalking which was the only method to summon their presence, now you may directly enter the previously locked police department and request certain changes to your character. London Police department services offer the following:

• Character name change
• Character gender change
• Character personality reset (all inspiration and skill points are kept intact)
• Skip the current tutorial quest
• Pay fines (Yup, apparently that's a thing now. Fines can be stacked and if not paid in a certain amount of time will make the LPD come for your wallet, and they won't go easy on it).

Each one of these services will require a certain fee for the player to pay.
