This is the one that has "stood the test of time." The very first Starrcade from Thanksgiving night 1983. It was before WrestleMania and became the flagship event of Jim Crockett Promotions and then WCW. It was not a Pay Per View event but was broadcast via closed circuit to many arenas in the then Mid-Atlantic area.  Ric Flair vs Harley Race was the featured event, but the event had so much more.
